"Maldon Youth Choir is a great way to unwind and
re-energise after a stressful day at work. The other choir members are
great and we always have a giggle during rehearsals (we do do some
singing too). I really enjoy the variety of repertoire that we sing,
from Latin secular music through to the Beatles.
"I come to youth choir because singing in a small
group has given me confidence to take up solos etc. and also confidence
in my own voice.
"I really enjoy youth choir as it is a chance for me
to sing with people of different ages, I love that both experienced and
less experienced singers attend making it a comfortable atmosphere! I
have made some good friends at the choir (and the tea and biscuits are
great!)
